Refund Eligibility
Refunds or resolutions may be provided when:
An order is canceled prior to shipment
An order cannot be fulfilled
An item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
A shipment is confirmed lost in transit
There is a verified processing or fulfillment issue
Because products supplied are laboratory research materials, physical returns are not required in most cases.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Please notify us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos, if available (to assist faster resolution)
We will offer, at your option, where applicable:
A replacement
A refund
Store credit
Shipping Issues
If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate; carrier investigations may take up to 14 business days.
If loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If tracking reflects delivery but you did not receive the package, we will assist with resolution steps.
Our focus is resolution, not fault assignment.
Refund Method & Timing
Our payment system settles credit and debit card payments in cryptocurrency (USDC or USDT). Accordingly, refunds approved under this policy will be sent in USDC or USDT to a wallet address specified by you.
Refund amounts are calculated in U.S. dollars based on the amount you paid and sent in USDC or USDT at the time of processing.
You are responsible for providing an accurate wallet address. Refunds sent to a wallet address provided incorrectly by you cannot be recovered, and we are not responsible for losses resulting from an address you supplied in error. Please double-check your address before submitting it.
If you do not have a cryptocurrency wallet, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to arrange an alternative resolution, such as store credit.
Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval.
Store credit may be offered as an option but is never required.
The method of refund (USDC/USDT or store credit) does not affect your eligibility for a refund or other resolution under this policy.
